- You must sign in using a valid Google account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Each person may have only one account on TrueLover.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes or impersonate others.
4. Relationship Features
TrueLover provides relationship tracking features including:
- Relationship Codes: Unique 8-digit codes valid for 10 minutes, used to establish mutual connections.
- Certificates: Digital relationship certificates for connected partners.
- Daily Effort: Features to track and encourage relationship efforts.
- Breakup Process: A structured process for ending relationships on the platform.
TrueLover is a relationship tracking tool. It does not constitute a legal marriage, civil union, or any legally binding relationship.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Create multiple accounts or use fake identities.
- Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scraping methods on the Service.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of TrueLover may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be clearly displayed before any purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable payment terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and branding on TrueLover are the property of TrueLover and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, particularly if you violate these terms. You may also request account deletion at any time through your profile settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrueLover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueLover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer
TrueLover does not provide legal, emotional, or relationship counseling. The platform is a tracking and digital commitment tool. We are not responsible for the outcomes of any relationship decisions made using the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of TrueLover after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
