1. What is this app about?

This app is built for couples to nurture and celebrate their relationship. You can share memories, express love through interactive buttons, track daily efforts, and maintain a balance of contribution in your relationship.

2. Is my data safe on this app?

Yes. We take privacy seriously. We store minimal personal information (like your name, photo, age, gender) and do not collect GPS location or contacts. All media is securely stored on AWS S3, and we use Firebase for push notifications.

3. Can I have multiple partners or relationships at once?

No. The app is designed to support only one relationship at a time. This ensures a focused and committed experience for both users.

4. What happens if we end our relationship?

Once a relationship is ended, most of your shared data like photos, effort counts, and answers are deleted permanently. Only breakup details are kept for your reference in the breakup history.

5. Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected] with your registered mobile number. We will process the request and delete your data as per our policy.

6. Does the app cost anything?

Currently, the app is completely free to use. In the future, we may introduce premium features such as exclusive effort statements or customizations at an affordable price (around ₹30/month).

7. Can I block someone or report abusive content?

Blocking is not required as users cannot chat, call, or search for others. However, we will soon introduce content moderation and abuse reporting features to prevent misuse.

8. Is this app suitable for teens?

Yes. The app is designed for meaningful, respectful relationships. There is no adult or explicit content. The minimum recommended age is 13 years and above.

9. Why am I getting push notifications?

We send notifications to keep you updated about your partner’s actions, relationship status, and reminders. You can manage these via your device’s notification settings.

10. I uploaded the wrong photo or detail. Can I change it?

Yes. You can edit your profile photo and details by navigating to the Profile section of the app.
