1. Account Creation

• Users must be at least 13 years old.
• One account per user and one relationship at a time.
• Users agree to provide accurate and complete profile details.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the app respectfully and not to:

• Upload offensive, explicit, or misleading content
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse your partner
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with app features
• Spam or misuse effort sentences or memory uploads

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Relationships

• Only one partner relationship is supported at a time.
• Once a relationship is ended, most data is deleted. Breakup records are retained for personal history.

4. Content Moderation

Though the app does not support chatting or direct contact with others, uploading inappropriate content is prohibited. We may remove such content and take action against accounts violating this rule.

5. Payments & Plans

The app is currently free to use. Future versions may include:

• ₹30/month subscription
• In-app purchases (e.g., special effort statements)

Users will be notified before any charges are introduced.

6. Account Deactivation & Deletion

You may deactivate or request deletion of your account anytime by emailing [email protected].
Once deleted, data (except breakup history) is permanently removed.

7. Disclaimer

The app is offered on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for relationship outcomes, emotional impact, or disputes arising between users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
